I need an icon removing from header which shows up in mobile, and a footer update

Hi there,

I need two small jobs doing:

1) A custom header plugin has been used rather than the default Wordpress menu section... this has worked fine however when in iPhone and I presume tablet mode, the menu icon for the default menu appears as does the necessary spacing that would normally go with it. This needs removing, the icon and the spacing as it is taking up too much space... It would be great if the new menu had appropriate spacing too as currently it is too close to the logo.

2) The footer version in desktop needs changing so the hyperlinks are clear against the background... the green/aqua colour would be fine...
