I need an existing wordpress website design completed and improved

General information for the website: We sell software and services for connecting devices and making them useful in the modern world
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: See attached wireframe AND existing site template at http://newsite.gwdevices.com .

The wireframe is to be considered accurate for content purposes and the existing wordpress site to be used as a basis for creation of each page within it.
Description of requirements/features: See wireframe (attached) for a general guide to page layouts. See website (above) for example content. See guidance doc (attached) for original design guidelines. See creative brief (attached) for modern update to original guidance doc. Please note the new name GWDevices which replaces the original name GWD Media.

1. Homepage requires completing - make the design more coherent and modernise the elements using CSS, in particular the horizontal elements and logo strip to be improved.
2. Devices page / Software page / Sectors page - as per wireframe these are pretty similar pages in terms of content and layout. We would like suggestions as to how to differentiate them and make them a bit more distinct with maybe some unique aspects to each page
3. Blog - theme creation as I believe this component is incomplete. Probably the only section which will require design from scratch although there are original designs within the wordpress editor that are not presently visible in the site.
4. Contact - modernisation and tidying up with CSS

For all of the above pages some stock image selection will be required. The image slider at the top of the home page is considered to be suitable but improvements can be suggested. All other images in the site are currently placeholders and will require replacements to be suggested.

Please see similar URLs below for another site we like the look of in addition to those in the creative brief. We especially like the distinctive animations and different rates of scrolling of the different elements as well as the illustrated components.
