I need ages calculated from a DOB calendar. And I want these druped onto the names

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: They built it, they know how it works :D
Description of requirements/features: Their considerable skill.
Extra notes: I need:
a. The user's age calculated from the date that the users will input using a calendar, and;
b. The calculated age to be druped after the user's name, like this: "Billy, 44", or "Gertrude, 19".

Can you do it? Good!
