I need a Wordpress site updated with a new Theme

General information for the website: We are a proximity Marketing company and we want to update our website to a new theme
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: The new theme should include all the pages that the existing page has including layout and content.
When we uploaded the theme all the existing content disappeared so anyone looking at this job has to realise that there may be a requirement to completely develop/write the existing site in the new theme.

I need this completing as soon as possible. Think that it should take someone no more than a week to do.
