I need a wordpress plugin customise

I have a WordPress plugin on this page: http://www.mydigitalfuture.co.uk/petition/ . When someone complete the registration form it goes no where.

I need registrations to confirm their email address when they sign my online petition

I need registration names of people who have signed my petition display on my webpage.

The above can be achieve by configuring the plugin that I have on my website.
