I need a wordpress menu changing

General information for the website: Kitchen and Bathroom showroom
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of every page/module: Our website is: www.insideoutbuxton.co.uk and when the menu was designed it wasn't designed to expand or drop down. Therefore some of the site templates were copied to our other site www.insideoutbuxton.com and we commissioned someone on here to fix the menu. If you look at the menu option they left a right mess of the menu. The raised an invoice and as I was away for 5 days PPH let the invoice be paid by default.
Therefore I need someone to do the menu bar properly on the main site of www.insideoutbuxton.co.uk and by that I mean:
1. If I add sub page under the menu bar (e.g. from the Bathrooms I may add 5 new pages. New Bathrooms, Old Bathrooms, Modern Bathroom, Baths & Showers, Budget Bathrooms). If these are added I would like the theme/men to drop down easily. If then under Baths & Showers I want to add 2 sub pages (so that is now 2 levels down from the main menu (Shower rooms, Wet Rooms). Then I want to be able to add them without any worries.
If you see the current design menu it looks totally abysmal.
If this menu structure cannot be achieved with the current colour/theme that runs over the current menu then let me know and lets get a new menu on there that has that functionality. Or let us just consider putting something like ubermenu on (i like the way you can have images in the drop down menu) and start the menu from new?
Description of requirements/features: As above really. Either current menu adapting or a new menu creating that allows for easy page additions without ruining the structure and layout.
