I need a wordpress developer to help me make few pages using visual composer

General information for the website: Recycle waste
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 5
Description of requirements/features: For the About Us, Going Green & Our Team & Pricing Pages I have attached mockups of the pages. I'd like to be able to change out the text and photos on these pages, is that possible? For right now they have the same text. Would it be easy to load this in and then me go in and change the text.

For the homepage, I want to add the following elements to the homepage.

- green bar with phone number
- homepage image bled up to the top of page with menu on top of image
- 3 sections under the homepage (take off the titles on the 2nd 2, just make it all translucent) *let me know if i need to send another image.
- section with photo and 'What We Do For Our Community' (I'll send over this image)
