Description of requirements/features:
1. Extend WP Integration of the existing "New Demo Template"
The WP Integration of the New Demo Template needs to be extended to include the following upgrades.

a. Add Customizable Client Logos and Testimonials Sections
These sections are already used by other templates on the site.
If there is no content added to these sections the template uses the global settings that are already in options.

b. Add additional Content Modules
A current template has multiple content modules available in advanced custom fields, we would like these to be added to the "New Demo Template" as content module options, too.

c. Update Form Options
On the existing "New Demo Template", we need the option to be able to create a form with First Name, Last Name and Email only (no phone number field). We will be using this template for a few new landing pages.


2. Modify Existing Template "Solution"

a. Implement New Module on an Existing Template "Solution"
A PSD will be provided, similar modules exist already on the site.


b. Add Video as a Header option, instead of an image.
We would like the option of using video in the header instead of an image, there is a page on the site that already utilizes video in this section.

**These updates need to be completed by Friday, Feb. 10th, 3 pm EST.**

Extra notes:
For these tasks, you will have access to our repo and the staging environment.

We are looking for a reliable and available developer that would be interested in maintaining an ongoing partnership for this particular client's weekly site updates. For now, however, please only submit proposals based on the scope of these tasks only.
