I need a website platform similar to Groupon/Wowcher

I need a website platform built in the EXACT style of www.groupon.co.uk and www.wowcher.co.uk

The site will offer special discounts and deals in the UK. Some of the essential requirements are:

* Member login
* Featured banner at the top for advertising opportunities, as well as on the side.
*Categories (fashion, restaurants, health, beauty...) There won't be as many categories as in Groupon and Wowcher, as it's more targeted and niche, however I will need to be able to create new categories as needed.
* Great search tool.
* Fully CRM - I need to be able to add new offers, make changes, access customers' data, etc.

I will need to be fully involved and updated in the process of the look and functionality of the site.
