I need a Thrive Themes expert

I am looking for a Thrive Themes website to help me recreate our current Squarespace website on Wordpress, using Thrive Themes. Please ONLY apply if you are a Thrive Themes EXPERT. Being a Wordpress expert is not good enough - we have already spent two months working with a Wordpress developer and he has had to give up because he doesn't know how to use Thrive Themes fully. The mistake he made is recreating the website using one of the pre-designed themes in Thrive (Minus), but that does not afford the level of flexibility we need to replicate the original site. What he should have done is started with a blank theme so every page was fully customisable, but instead he built out the whole site in the Minus theme, meaning every page looks similar but is still far enough away to not be usable.

What that does mean is that all of the images should be available in the gallery, which should make the job a bit easier. It really is a simple job of copying the original site page for page - so if you know how to use Thrive, it should only take a few days.

Please reply stating your level of experience with Thrive, and if you understand what needs to be done, and where the other developer went wrong. I will share the website with anyone I shortlist for the job.
