Description of requirements/features: I am looking to have a website designed that will be simple in nature. I can be derived from a template such as Joomla or Wordpress. The design should be simple, professional, and beautiful. Our purpose is to relay information to our users, collect their information, and collect their info in our database that we can extract based on criteria we select. Also, we want the site to be able to be viewed on cellphones.
The user will register on our site, we will collect their info, and based on that info, we will have certificates on the website that will auto populate with their information.
