I need a professional web design

Hello, I want a website designer that would either revamp our current website or create a new one. We wants the text of the website to include SEO keywords that would be required in order to climb up google search engines. We would also want the website to be good enough to ensure that it can be used for google ads while we are working on the SEOs that would drive us to the front page of google search engines.

We definitely prefer a UK based person so that we can speak in the same time zone as we want the website to be up and running within a couple of days of the project being commissioned. We would need to be able to communicate frequently with whoever we chose.

We want the UK based person we use to have good interpersonal skills as we found the last UK person that we used from PPH was very arrogant and rude.
