I need a professional portfolio model

Have attached the proofs of what I want it to look like. Must work on all browsers/devices etc. I MUST be easily able to manage all my content.

Home Page
1 long scroll page with everything on it.
Menu at the top will load the lightbox menu hover over thing (see theme to see what i mean)
Would like a cool green hover over effect for each of the elements here

About me section
Must be easy to manage the text and update the images there

My journal
This is my blog section, where I will add my work and cool stuff. Should display the first few posts in my journal section
Clicking a blog post will go to the detailed blog page
The 'Graphic Design | Animation + Film | Music Production | Business' will be the blog post categories (which I should be able to easily add more in future when I gain more skills etc)
Clicking one of the categories will display the posts in that category below - filtering away the ones not in that category

Tutorials
This is my tutorial blog posts, should display the first few blog posts in the tutorial section.
Clicking a blog post will go to the detailed blog page

Contact section
Fairly self explanatory - contact form sends a message to my email
Social media icons go to the social media page


Blog detailed page
Featured image or video will go in the white box. I should be able to have the choice between a featured image or featured video
Page should stretch to fit dependent on how much I write.
Fixed background - so content scrolls but background doesn't move

For some elements - I will be having downloads, so would need a download which I would like to monetize. I would like suggestions on the best methods of this which bring in the most revenue.
