I need a pre-designed slider implemented on my homepage

Description of requirements/features: I have an existing slider and two post module on my homepage.

I would like to replace it with the following vertical slider: http://tympanus.net/codrops/2012/10/01/vertical-showcase-slider-with-jquery-and-css-transitions/

I would like to customise the slider and insert it into my homepage. Currently the slider on the right hand side displays 3 products, and on the left a title, a product description, a price and a buy now button for the featured product.

I would like the slider to display on the right hand side the thumbnails from the 3 latest posts, and on the left the current post title, current post excerpt and current post read more button for the featured post.

I have attached the existing slider code that will need to be overwritten, as well as a visual mockup of roughly how the final slider should look.
