I need a plug in cutomising to a wordpress site

General information for the website: We are a compliance firm offering compliance advice and documents to a range of clients. The purpose of the site is predominantly to act as a file sharing site with our clients.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We need the ability for clients to login and then be taken to their Dashboard. The view here should be one of a simplistic icon menu (bit like Windows 7 desktop). Each icon will lead the client to a new page. All except two of the icons will be folders containing documents for the user to download. The remaining two icons will be one where the plug in will allow clients to upload/download docs and the other icon will be a support request link to the business by email.

The plug-in needs to be added to the website along with our logo. The theme for the website needs to match the logo.
