I need a live xml feed integrated to our website

I need a live xml feed integrated to our existing WP website using a php script to parse the information to Custom Posts. Set up a cron job to automate the posts automatically. Set up Advance Custom fields to populate the info on the actual web page. Set up the user tabs on WP Hometown theme to be able to access the info on the UI.
Note: We are using the theme 'Hometown' which is a pre built real estate theme with all the above options possible. We do not need a website re-design, only the above with some small template tweaks etc
