I need a full width banner grid with instagtram photos

Description of requirements/features: I would like to create a full width banner grid to replace the revolution slider of wpjobster.

This banner will consists of instagram photos in thumbnails (collage).

The script must grab photos from my instagram page with two options
-Grab the latest photos from my account on instagram
-Grab the latest images from instagram basis of a hashtag

If you notice, the page INSTAMAX is very light, it does not take pictures, but the pictures thumbs. The script you will create must be very light.


Thumbnails will be displayed next to each other (with a small gap between) and depending on the screen resolution to go to the next line. I attach an example banner. I emphasize that the banner should be fullwidth and exactly fits the page to replace the banner of link http://goo.gl/WDuuFZ

-The size of the photographs should be smaller than 70px x 70px. I would like to change the size simply.
-The image alt attribute should contain the description of each image that the user has given.

-NOT want to Load More as an option like instamax.

-adapt to any screen computer - not mobile
-be compatible with chrome, firefox, safari, ie, edge
-the code must be safe, light and not affected the rest of the look and functionality of the website.

When job finished, i want the freelancer edit some wpjobster files and install the banner in my website.

The work may be done in 2 hours if you are an expert. A newbie must spend a lot of time experimenting. I would prefer an expert.
The work should be done 100% correct. I need something professional from the side of appearance and functionality.
