I need a few things fixed on our Joomla template.

I need someone to fix a few things on a Joomla template we have installed. The website is at http://www.millotreeservice.com

This is what I need:

1. At the bottom of the page, I need the section that says "CATEGORIES" and "ARCHIVES" deleted and the "ABOUT US" section larger.

2. I need just the Twitter, Facebook and Blog icons at the bottom and them to link.

3. If you could change the page url's to be cleaner without anything but simple page names.

4. Change the background photo. Also, can you give me the instructions on how to change it later when I want to update it?

5. Upload a different logo.

6. On the ABOUT US page from the top header I would like the ABOUT word not to be clickable but only the drop down pages to be.

7. Under the ABOUT US page where the drop down menu is I would like the OUR TEAM taken out and TESTIMONIALS put in as a drop down option instead.

8. Under the SERVICES tab I would like the RESEARCH SERVICES taken out and a place where I can write some information about Washington State law requirements for General Contractors.

9. On the top header I would like the PRODUCTS page to be a REFERRAL PROGRAM page. That page should be set up to look like the TREE REMOVAL page but I will put in new information about the referral program.

10: The CONTACTS page should be updated with our correct contact information.
