I need a css expert to style a custom header and background on a Wordpress blog

This is a very straightforward job for anyone with experience of Wordpress and css customisation.

I have a Wordpress blog using the Genesis Framework that I need to be styled in a similar way to an existing blog with a different theme (both blogs are mine).

Basically all I need is a custom header and background graphic that have already been created to be correctly positioned via custom css.

Priority will be given to whoever can start and complete the task ASAP.
