Build a skeleton website in WordPress according to the attached spec. The task is to ensure the functionality of the site is compatible with WPMobile.app, a plugin that makes a site available as a hybrid mobile app.
Website design will be addressed after functionality and mobile app work as expected.
The site will have a blog, one site-wide forum, extended profiles, a static page, and a member directory. All content, except for the home/login page, requires login to view.
In addition to WordPress, the applicant must be experienced with bbPress and BuddyPress, which are compatible with WPMobile.app.
Experience with WPMobile.app is a strong plus.
