We need to recreate a data capture form that a customer has gave us to be built into their site.
the industry is Accountants. So you image the type of form.
The form needs to be built within the site and allow people to fill in the form and then for the form to be sent in email format to the customers inbox.
We have a copy of the form that needs recreating. Its about 4 x A4 pages long. So there are quite a lot of fields that need to be completed online.
