I just want some troubleshooting to fine tune a site

I am an IT guy who need to fix the website of a company. The site is running almost all pages and I have access to wp-admin + host control panel with full privileges. I need to fix just some image issues and HTTPS activation. It was built by someone else with Wordpress + several plugins. I think that just 1 or 2 hours may be enough to an experienced WP professional find the solutions to these problems and to fix or to teach me how to fix them. I am not an Wordpress expert, but I am an experienced IT professional with general skills. All I want is someone who can teach new tricks to an old PRO.
