I have an html5 mobile site developed with 8 pages, I need it converted to Wordpress!

My Mobile site is of fluid layout (percentages) so it looks good even on desktops, and it needs to remain that way.

Although it is a mobile site, you can treat it as a regular site. As it is, wordpress need not know if it's a mobile or a regular site, this version will be used only when the website is viewed from a mobile device.

The HTML version is built on top of jQuery mobile + HTML5 boilerplate (technical details, although even this is not necessary for you to know, irrelevant with Wordpress).
I need a proper Wordpress version of it to enable CMS and dynamic content.
It consists of a contact form with a map, about us page, usual blog, photo gallery, video gallery (no pagination, just simple listing) and simple content page design.
I need a few shortcodes to re-use certain code blocks (like a code block to include an image + text + links in a certain fashion - nothing complex).

The design is very very simple as it is very chromeless and focus is more on the content than graphics. You will love working on the project because the HTML5/CSS3 work is very neat and developer-friendly.

Please come forward and get this done for me, and I will have lots more work of similar nature coming out very very frequently, with better rates. (I mean it, very frequently)
