I am looking for a wordpress website/plugin developer to do website polishing

General information for the website: We are an image hosting and download website
Description of requirements/features: I am looking for someone who is experianced in developing wordpress websites and plugins.
I am getting close to finishing up my website and there are a bunch of very small things that i can not manage to do myself due to lack of experiance.

This work will include both theme editing and plugin editing.

it includes things like adding links to footer, editing my image lightbox plugin. create abillity to add attachments to contact page. and some more small stuff.

I would also like to have the profecional have a look at the website and give me tips on how it might need to speed up. since its an image heavy website loading it for the first time takes a bit long. (after that cached takes over which works well)
