I added wordpress Ads plugin website but need someone to set it up

Description of requirements/features: i added: https://wordpress.org/plugins/another-wordpress-classifieds-plugin/ to my host for wordpress. but i do not know how to set it up so that user from front end can see all of the features and can use site to load ads etc. i don't know if i have done something wrong or need to add theme or do setting etc. the plug in is free and i will not be needing the pro upgrade.

i have a domain name thus just looking for someone to set this up so that the site is usable with all the features as the link shows.
