Hubspot for order processing (or Monday)

we currently use hubspot in it's most basic basic form, that is, almost like a contacts calendar - i essentially out in a customer name sometimes a note, and I create a task to remind me to ring people who want to spend money with us and therefore I get a list of people to call each day knowing they want to spend money with us.
We sell advertising and I want to know if hubspot could manage the order management. example booking:
company name: Joe Bloggs Ltd
Customer name - Joseph Bloggs
invoice email address - invoice@joebloggs.com
email address - joe@bloggs.com
booking: there is a finite amount of things to be sold (approximately 15 different things)
PRINT (examples)
- full page ad, half page ad, double page ad
- editorial full half double 4 pager
a few other options

ONLINE
(examples)
- banner ad
- editorial
a few other options

and so on for podcast, social media etc

we would also need a notes section in case of any specific for that customer

and we would need to be able to trace a process from booking to delivery to invoiced and completed.

Each item has a price and a month of delivery date
We would want to be able to track totals e.g. monthly total, online bookings total, print bookings total etc
also eg export list of all customers booked on issue 71 print

we have considered hubspot to do this a and now thinking bespoke is the way to go
