Help With Vanishing Signature

We have a little bug that needs fixing.

We have built an online referral system for vets to refer animals for treatment using a custom post type for our client.

The referral form is built using WPforms plugin, data is then pulled to a post type template built in Beaver themer.

One of the fields on the form is a digital signature field. When the referral is first submitted the image of the signature appears on the post as it should. However as soon as we change the post status to accepted from pending the signature image vanishes from the post. Wee need that to be fixed.
