Help with styling a number of websites using a Wordpress Theme

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Using a PDF mock as a guide, this job requires a number of websites that simply need styling - Wordpress and the particular theme will be installed - The layout of the website will need to be styled using the 'Customise area' and pages built using the 'Back end editor' facility -
Approximate pages as follows:
1. A 'Home' page styled using the method above - The layout will be quite basic and easily designed using the 'Customise area' and 'back-end editor' - A slider will need to be added using the installed Revslider plug in.
2. About - Styled as the 'Home' page and simply titled - ready for the content to be added (by the website owner)
3. Contact Us - Styled as the 'Home' page - This will require a simple form set up using the plug in 'Contact form 7' (or similar)
4. Gallery page - Styled as the 'Home' page - This will be set up using the add 'Media Grid' (or similar) which can be selected via the 'Back end editior'
5. Testimonials page - Styled as the 'Home' page and simply titled - ready for the content to be added (by the website owner)

There will be a Facebook feed to add via a simple plug in - Possibly a Twitter feed also. which will be placed in a footer area.
The responsive side for the above will also need to be configured/checked - Which is set up through the customise area

All graphics and page content will be supplied-
Woocomerce may be added at a later date, so experince here would be helpful.

Specific technologies required: Wordpress, Theme customisation, CSS, Woocommerce
Extra notes: I will need a turn-around time (typically the average re-style / set up should take no more than 1 - 2 hours) and guide price
It will also be important to use the Customise area and back-end editor since the website owner will be trained to make their own edits using this method - (CSS can be added via the 'Customise are' should it be required) -
