Help with new website

To make changes to my website.

Home page:

* At the bottom of the page, text will need to go into the white box. Please also tell me where it sits so that I can modify it later when I have more text to add?

Services page:

* at the top there are 4 texts 'popular weight loss diets', deactivate

* text next to all four pictures '1 June 2012', deactivate

1-2-1 Personal Training

* text at the top left, 'SUBMITTED BY ADMIN ON FRI, 01 JUNE 2012, 11:12', deactivate

* at the bottom of the page 'written by admin section, deactivate

* text at the bottom left ' previous post' 'comments are closed' both to be deactivated

* On the right side of the page 'categories' section to be deactivated

* on the right side of the page 'recent comments' section to be deactivated

* text at the bottom of the page on the right side 'see all' to be deactivated
