Help Setting up prices for products on woo-commerce

General information for the website: We sell food products
Description of every page/module: The woo-commerce shop already has products loaded. I need help setting up the prices.
Description of requirements/features: What I needed is prices & postage and packaging setup for woo-commerce based on weight of products.
The products have already been loaded on the system.

I have prices for products and shipping method but need the best solution so that woo-commerce accurately gives the right price for product plus postage and packaging.

It would also be helpful for us to have some written instructions for when we add new products, how to setup product, P&P correctly.

An idea of prices is attached int he doc, I think we need to go for a more simple approach based on item weight and amount of items. Suggestions appreciated.
