Gifted Wordpress Designer Needed To Work On My Website. Are You Up For This Job?

Okay, the website has been up and running since August 2012. We are climbing up steadily on the Alexa Web Rankings. Me and my Team of writers have been hardworking to this moment. However, we still feel the website needs some tweaking as we are about to join advert programs. So we are looking for someone who is good with wordpress design. Someone who can add some flavour to our website. This is what we want to you to do:
1. Rename a Category.
2. Add specific widgets to the website e.g Video widget.
3. Make the Twitter widget work again.
4. Remove some clutter from the website.
5. Work on the comments page.
6. Look at the website carefully and suggest widgets and ideas that will make the website better.
7. We want someone that understands how websites work.
