Garment Codes - Variant Creation

I need someone to help me create individual garment codes for importing into our Orderwise system. I need to create a 'DTB CODE' for each stock item and then link the suppliers/suppliers cost/suppliers item code to each code. Some codes will just have 1 supplier but some may have 4 suppliers, and these can be different codes from each supplier. I will be using the manufacturers code given to me by the suppliers to find the connection and add the suppliers once the codes have been created but I need to ensure there are no duplicates in creating the original codes. I have attached the import document that I need filling out so I can add the DTB codes onto the system, the first supplier pricelist, a more specific list of instructions, as well as some other files that will be needed.
