As discussed here is the detailed clarification.

1) Daily report email new modification - email/service wise set mail.

There will be section for this and Super admin will be able to select who are the people will be able to get what email everyday.

So, if admin choses that X user will get All three department order details everyday at 11.00PM they will receive them. If choses 1 or 2 departments for Y user then they will get only those data in the excel sheet. Super admin will receive CSV/Excel of all data on a daily basis.

2) Admin Roles add multi select role option

Allow Super admin to choose data user to see who can see what order details. And email notification. Email notification is for the request from user.

3) Email notification section and bell icon on the top
this will be basically a section where notification from user will be shown (of course email will be sent to chosen admin roles too.)

4) Security
We will have two factor authentication (using google authenticator plugin)

We will also encrypt important data like Name, MRN, IRIC number and data will be encrypted in the Database.
