FormidablePro shortcode hack

If you are familiar with formidablepro and understand php this should be easy!

Unfortunately I don't know php so this is a bit beyond me.

The goal of the job is to hook into a formidable shortcode and adapt the way it is displayed on a page:

I currently have a list of categories:

Conceptual, Documentary, Event, Photojournalism, Travel

Being displayed - I need to make them clickable to their post_id pages.

I have been given direction as to how to solve this from the formidable team, but I don't know php
