Fix coding

I require my website to be changed (I've seen a website I like if you can copy it), and most importantly I paid for someone to integrate Stripe onto the payment page but unfortunately it was too complex for them and it doesnt work correctly, this needs resolving;

1. To fix Stripe on website.
2. I require the layout to be different (table format.
3. I need to capture the members name, telephone number and email address with each purchase.
4. I require an automated email to be sent to each member once they have paid with instructions from the company.

Require this to be done in the next 7 days.
