I have an issue with an ajax chained select when submitting the information.
Everything seems to work fine, the Categories(parent) and sub Categories(child) populate correctly. However when I click Next button(submit). I get a Blank page with 3 numbers like 551, or 552 in the top left corner. Also I noticed with the chain select if I click on the top [select] on the drop down it will keep generating new boxes.
