Finishing touch to a Joomla Extension

Description of requirements/features: We need some finishing tasks in a Joomla extension developed using j-cook (http://j-cook.pro). Over all the extension is working fine but most important part we want you to do is SEF URLs. Following is main URL of extension page.

In this URL we require "countries" only once.
