Finish the set-up of a wordpress site and add xml feed

I need someone to finish setting up a wordpress site I have been building. I am short of time and need someone to be able to to this. They will need to add shortcodes, widgets, that sort of thing. Though not hard, I have tried and am quite experienced. I need someone who can code and make suitable changes if need be as well as doing the simpler stuff. Possibly, there may also be a few tweeks required such as widening of margins.

I also need an XML feed to be added.
