Final touches to WordPress developed website

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We have been let down by our current developer and require someone to finish off a client’s website. This job is urgent and work will need to be completed by close of play Tuesday 3rd December 2013.

In order for the website to be completed, we require:

• The A-Z feature to search for employees Surname
• The text for the Employee cards on Our People to be the same dark blue as header text (and if these cards/areas of info, could be spaced evenly across the page from left to right – that would look better also)
• A Section in WordPress to add employees Job Title (rather than expertise area that is currently there) - this would need to be two boxes so that we could enter the top and bottom line manually.
• Our People page layout to look like attached visual (including the text provided) - Note spacing between header and search box, and distance from bottom of text to footer info.

Dynamic contact info

• A dynamic way for the principal/head to appear as a full card – and then the other employees with expertise in that area to appear next to the principal/head. Similar to Visual attached.
• The above would need to be intuitively built into WordPress. Perhaps by having a section on each page when made – that you select a "principal/head" and then click an expertise selection box that the other employees feed from.
