Extend the Auth0 plugin for WordPress

I am looking for a developer to extend our WordPress Auth0 integration... we are using the Auth0 plugin for WordPress and the standard Auth0 Universal Login screen.

We are looking for someone to do the following:
1) Update the Auth0 registration page to capture ‘First Name’ (given_name), ‘Last Name’ (family_name), ‘Email Address’, ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ in that order.
2) Extend the plugin integration (guide: https://auth0.com/docs/cms/wordpress-plugin/extend-login-by-auth0) to map the Auth0 user metadata to the WordPress fields.

The mappings will be as follows:
- Auth0 ‘given_name’ > WordPress ‘First Name’
- Auth0 ‘family_ame’ > WordPress 'Last Name’
- Auth0 'email’ > WordPress ‘Email’
- Auth0 ‘username’ > WordPress ‘Username’
- (If possible) Auth0 ‘First Name’ ‘Last Name’ > WordPress ‘Nickname’
