Existing website needs to be optimized, Integrated and Redesigning!!!

Hello.

I have two websites and I want someone to have a look at it and make it more pleasing to eye, design a good logo and put securities on the website and marketing of them. And I want these two websites to be links with one and other. Following are the websites;

First one is made by me on wordpress and I have other one made by some developer.
