Excel spreadsheet development

I have an Excel spreadsheet that needs to be reconfigured to create new columns that have formulas which include profit and commissions. The spreadsheet has about 290 customers. I need to select about 50 lines and create a new spreadsheet that associates these lines and commissions with an agent. The spreadsheet will be different each month but I need to be able to automatically re-create the spreadsheet into the format that is needed. Ideally I would like to upload the spreadsheets into some sort of template that automatically does this for me. if you are an expert on Excel and can create a template that I can use each month please get in contact. I will upload samples once I choose the agent. I feel best suited for the job.
