Errors on wordpress website

This site was recently upgraded to wordpress, after the upgrade errors became apparent on the page of the website.

If you go to the website: http://qarannews.com/ on the left hand side there is a section with the heading links with a green section below this, in the green part there is this message:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/qaran/public_html/wp-content/themes/qaran/sidebar.php on line 65

This part should contain links to other sites.



Opposite this on the right hand side, is another heading audio with a black section below, if you highlight this section you will see this message:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/qaran/public_html/wp-content/themes/qaran/sidebar.php on line 196

This part should contain links to some audio files.


Please bid to correct these issues and include your price with this.
