Editable custom fields in Wordpress theme

We need an experienced Wordpress developer to take the on-page content from the templates, and create custom content fields in Wordpress to allow our client to update each page themselves.

We have already built CSS and template pages for a client website, but most of the page content is hard coded into the page templates.

There are 21 page templates, each with approx 3 - 5 regions we need to make editable.

You must have a good track record of the following:
- Be based UK based, and available by phone 9 - 5
- Able to stick to deadlines
- Able to make responsive themes for tablet and mobile
- Strong custom field knowledge
- 3 examples of hosted, Wordpress-based websites developed by you
