Duplicate website onto a new hosting system with capacity for flexible editing (WP)

The website is currently already live but it needs to transfer to a new hosting system that allows for flexible editing. There will be no files or FTP access although all images and contents will be provided.
We are looking for someone who can complete this in approximately two weeks.
The website is very simple, only a few pages but layout is essential. Will require an expert's view on what template would work/not work.
At the end of the day, we need a system where editing is very easy, hence request for WP. We will need basic training/guidance on how this can be done so we can maintain the website ourselves.
We have received a recommendation to host and edit on a company here - http://www.galaxywebsolutions.com/; no need for direct experience with them but guidance on suitability would be useful and whether you will be able to design the website off this (subscription will have already started and login details will be provided).
Must be a fluent English speaker and prompt communicator. IT is not our strongest forte and we'd like someone who can be patient and be a good teacher.
