I have an old HTML website (www.SportsHypnosis.co.uk) that I have converted into a Drupal 7 site that should predominantly sell MP3 downloads.
The problem I have is; when an attempt is made to purchase an MP3 download the transaction goes through and the payment processes successfully however, no download link (for the MP3) is offered to the customer either in an email or within the completion page.
I understand this could be down to the websites 'rules' or conditional actions for making files available? But it could be something else?
To clarify my project; I'd like someone to fix my website so that when a customer buys an MP3 download they are then sent the download link after payment is received. Preferably, both a link in an email and one within the purchased completion page.
