Drupal System - Membership & Product Sales

I am looking to have built a drupal system to facilitate online membership and product sales

The system is a blog for image posts which only admin would be able to post and an online cart to sell merchandise (tshirts/caps etc)

Membership required two levels - free and paid to facilitate access to galleries
one picture from each gallery needs to be visible via unauthenticated access, and certain pictures from each gallery would only be accessible to the paid members

Additionally the system needs to integrate with social media and display an instagram feed (from a hashtag)

Site would also need about some additional static content pages (6)

The site needs to have a simple mobile view aswell as desktop

Login Toboggan
Ubercart
Userpoints
Userpoints nodes and comments
Facebook Connect
Twitter
Instagram feeds
Five-star ratings

Please note the list is built using drupal research more than actual knowledge of the system, which i why i am looking to hire someone to build it for me and support it when needed
