Drupal Commerce Node Checkout. Extend module's functionality

General information for the website: Classfied Ads
Description of requirements/features: I am working on a classified ads website using Drupal CMS. I am using Commerce Node Checkout module to charge users to create nodes. Commerce Node Checkout allow us to have multiple different product offerings for each node type, so users can pick the product they want to purchase when creating the node.

I need a Drupal developer to help me extend the module’s functionality by adding the following
1. Add multiple pricing options to products. E.g.
a. Product price:£1
b. Product option 1 (Promote Ad to home page) price: +£1
c. Product option 2 (Stick Ad to top of lists) price: +£1
d. Product option 3 (Enter discount code): either –20% or - £1
e. etc…
Product with product options needs to be filterable in views.

2. Enable nodes to be published without completing the checkout process if product’s price is 0 i.e. when a product’s price is set to 0, or price has been reduced to 0 after a discount. I would like to achieve this with the module instead of using rules.
