Drupal expert needed.
A Drupal site that is currently on version 4.7 that needs updating to the latest version of Drupal.
The site is operated by two people, and is not a commercial based site but a Citizen journalism site.
There are modules in the current site that is either deprecated, non functioning, broken, or no longer in use, that will need replaced by updated versions, or new customised modules built specifically to replace those that are not available.
The website has over 1700 members.
The database is roughly 200mb in size.
The site file size is roughly 450mb.
A new theme would be required, preferably using the Drupal theme Skeleton as the base, for a new mobile responsive design.
We would like an estimate and time-frame.
