Develop wordpress plugin

I want a plugin that can track stats of visitors. For more information please find in the attached. This plugin is pretty easy for skillful programmer.

Please make sure that you understand my requirement correctly and make sure that you can do it easily. "I can't do this function" or "You need to pay more" won't be allowed. The price will be concluded before hired.
